It is important that your teeth and gums are visible in the impression. Impressions
must be made according to the instructions for accuracy. If our dental technicians
unable to fabricate your custom night guard from your impressions, or upon receipt
of your custom night guard, it does not fit properly; a redo kit may be sent to
obtain the proper impression. If you are unsatisfied with the fit of this night guard,
a refund (shipping charges exempt) may then be issued upon your request. Requests
must be within 30 of receiving the final product (the night guard). Once the lab receives
all used and unused materials, please allow 7-14 business days to process your refund.
Refunds of unused kits must be requested within 30 days of original purchase date. A refund may then be issued when the product is returned, less shipping.
